Sandhi Digha
Dining at Sandhi Digha
Two tables, one house. The kitchen here is Bengali to the bone, river and sea fish in mustard and poppy, cooked gently and carried out to the grove with the tide a few steps away. Between the long meals, an open courtyard for the slow hours.
Driftwood
River and sea fish in the Bengali way, mustard and poppy, cooked gently and served by the grove.
The Courtyard
An open air kitchen at the heart of the house, breakfast through to the long lunch.
The chef's table. Most evenings the chef keeps one table apart. Tell us a day ahead and we will set it for you, a long tasting built around whatever the coast or the hills gave us that morning. Come hungry and leave the menu to us.
